I hate ocular migraines… Im 12 years old i have life to be wearing me out at the moment not these… I hate them everytime i have one a colourful zigzag aura is in my eye spreading round the periphery… then i have the WORST headache ever imaginable. i just sit down and do nothign watchign TV and try to ignore it… But i never can. All i want is 4 them TO piss off and leave me alone but they wont. If this carrys on i feel like i want to kill myself its so bad i also have aching arm for ever.

    Electro-Sensitivity (ES)
Electro-sensitive people suffer from a variety of symptoms in close vicinity to electromagnetic fields, Wi-fi, mobiles, DECT phones, baby monitors, certain light sources etc: Headaches, Speech problems, dizziness, chest palpations, tinnitus, sweating at night. skin irritations, pins and needles in the hands in the mornings, short-term memory loss, nauseas, joint aches and pressures at the back of the head as well as in the sinus or forehead area.

  6. MrSpinneyhorse says:

Even if you are not ES, it is beneficial to turn off your Wifi over night, as well as to ban electrical items, your cordless phones and mobiles from your bedroom. You will sleep much better and are less likely to have an interrupted sleep pattern. Usually waking around 4 am.

  7. MrSpinneyhorse says:

Another simple test is to stop carrying your mobile on your body (chest or trouser pockets). in many cases people experience the so-called “phantom text messages”. This describes a situation where every now and then you think you had a text message, when keeping the phone in your pockets, but when you checked there was no message. Some even suffer from heart palpitations. If that is case, just try for a while to carry your mobile in a bag or switch it off, while you have it in your pocket.

I have a migraine with an aura of impaired vision, hand, face numbness and speach disorder, BUT i only get migraine attacks after exciting sports like Ice Hockey, Floorball etc, i recently started training in Ice Hockey again and about 30 minutes after the end of the training i get a Migraine. And there is one more thing that i think is linked – my heart doesnt calm down after the training, i’m sure of that i have elevated blood pressure right before and during the migraine. What might help?

  19. Landolakes222 says:

@nafertini901 Sorry for responding so late, hope you get this, anyways, the milk prevents iron from being absorbed, this creates low oxygen in the body since hemoglobin needs iron, thus it makes our blood weak, resulting in increased pressure since the body is trying to compensated for the low o2 levels. This results in headache due to the increased pressure of blood to the brain. that’s why dairy products is a no no if you experience migraine. you may have iron deficiency anemia………..

  20. melodramakid says:

@1ikys2 not sure if it can happen with migraines but that’s a common occurrence with seizures.

  25. oT0W3Ro says:

@skaterman0094 That’s called a silent migraine and you want to consider yourself lucky that you didn’t get the actual headache.
