I always get this horrible neck pain after weightlifting/working out in the gym. It doesn’t come straight away, it comes after couple of hours. Any kind of intense stress on the shoulder to neck area brings up a throbbing pain behind the head that triggers of a painful headache. However if i stop weight lifting/going to the gym the pain doesn’t come. Whenever the pain comes i take painkillers. Did anyone face this problem?
