Question by smd: Added to “Prolonged headache and nausea”?
I guess I should also add that I have had at least 1 bad concussion 4 years ago that caused me to have a CT scan as well as a cyst that they found in my sinuses when I was like in the 4th grade. They told me not to worry about it and it would go away. I know the logical answer is to go to the doc but they just keep giving me drugs that put me to sleep! lol.

If you haven’t already done so, go to an ENT. If you have, get a second opinion and tell them that you don’t want any more drugs. If they persist on having you take prescriptions, then I would recommend (1) find a naturalist (2) take up yoga (3) use plants in your house.
(1) The naturalist may recommend to eat healthier and what drinks will help.
(2) Yoga will help you with your headache and nausea, which is probably a migraine being triggered by your sinusitis.
(3) Plants filter toxins from the air, so pick up a plant to help eliminate some of the toxins in your house. Also, the dry air may be a factor which can aggrevate your condition, so having an ultraleafy plant (Peace Lilies are highly recommended) in your bedroom will help.
I’m an allergy sufferer, but I don’t suffer from migraines, which can be due to your sinusitis. The plants have helped me tremendously! I have one in my bedroom, one in the bathroom and two in the kitchen. They don’t have to be huge and ugly, but you can find the perfect plant for you that you will love to look at everyday and will help you out.
I hope this works for you. Good Luck!!
